So I thought I'd try posting a photo a day sort of thing. I have a few friends who do this, just post a random photo of whatever is going on in their life that day. I am sure this will be a short lived project, but since I like to take pictures, it might motivate me to get some good shots.
That being said, I didn't not take any pictures today . The picture below summarizes my evening. This town FINALLY has started a community band. FINALLY after living here for 2 years, I have somewhere to play my oboe every week. I am thrilled. I try to play on my own 2 or 3 times a week (that's my GOAL, in actuality, it's more like.... once a month....) Anyway, having a group to play with consistently will keep my chops in shape for when I play in Oregon this Christmas.
And no, that's not a clarinet. It's an oboe. Look it up.
