Donuts are quickly becoming a Sunday morning tradition this summer. We seem to always run out of milk by Saturday and stop at Safeway to get more. Safeway has strategically placed the deli (and the donuts) right near the milk - and right where Austin can see them every time. So every Saturday he asks if we can get donuts for Sunday breakfast. I always tend to oblige, seeing as how Don has to be at church at 6:30am for Bishopric meeting. Donuts mean that he can get breakfast without me having to get up and cook it.
Austin's chocolate donut was a little melted this morning - thus the chocolate 'stache, as he calls it.
We didn't do much to celebrate Father's Day this year. We did mourn over not being in Martinez. We have attended church on Father's Day in Martinez for the past 4 years. The Relief Society always provides a wonderful Father's Day brunch and this year we had to miss out.
