It seems that, one by one, all of our friends are moving away. Today I had to say goodbye to a very dear friend. Tammy was my first friend after I moved here to the desert. We hit it off immediately and have been good friends for the past 2 years. She has been there to listen to my rants and raves over daycare kids, my own darling and just life in general. She has watched my daycare kids on days when I was too sick to or wanted a vacation. She has been a motivation to me with my Mary Kay business as I've watched her build her jewelry business from the ground. I will miss our joint Holiday Open houses, trips to the library, playdates.... I will miss having someone right down the street to borrow stuff from like spaghetti sauce and flour.....
Tammy, we already miss you so much but we wish you the best on your new adventures. Thank you for making life here for me much more bearable!
