Making cookies for Santa
A new tradition this year was sprinkling "reindeer food" out on the lawn. The kids made special reindeer food at school on Wednesday.

(I made his jammies this year and waited until the very last minute. Started making them at 5pm, had them wrapped and ready to go by 6pm, he opened them at 7pm. I bought the material in October. Next year I'll try to not procrastinate!)
