A few Saturdays ago we attended a couple of fall activities around town. The Flower Tree Nursery had this turkey for the kids to pet. He was really soft and didn't mind the kids poking and proding him.
Then the kids got to choose a pumpkin to paint.
Rather than painting your traditional jack-o-lantern face on the pumpkin,
Austin chose to paint the entire pumpkin a rainbow of colors.
After lunch we ran into the Oscar Mayer Weinermobile! We got to check out the inside and Austin got a weiner whistle.
Next we went to Lattin Farms where we built a scarecrow.
In case you're wondering why we are all bundled up,
it did snow the day before so it was darn cold that day!
Austin loves to ride the Cow Train.
And this picture is just for fun. We had ribs for dinner that night
and Sunny thought they were great!
