Our camping trip this weekend was WAY better than last weekend. I think we've officially decided to never go camping anywhere in Nevada ever again. This weekend we drove into California to a place called Frenchman Lake. It was less than 2 hours from here and had a beautiful lake, lots of pine trees, and no wind. Did I mention there was no wind? We had a great time at the lake and Austin was much happier that this place had lots of other people - but not so many people that it was crowded. The only time Austin was unhappy was when he decided that he wanted a boat. There were boats and jetskis out on the water and he decided he needed a boat. He was really upset and crying because we didn't have a boat. I told him to start saving his money.
Here are some pictures from our weekend. There are a lot of pictures of our dogs because I am entering a photo contest that reflects traveling with your pet. So lots of "pet pictures" were taken this weekend!
This picture didn't come out as well as I'd hoped. If you look closely, you can see Sunny in the window. This is where he likes to ride.
