Sunday we headed back to the track for the big Sprint Cup race.
We decided to come a little better prepared though. After Saturday's race, we sat in the parking lot for about 2 hours waiting to get out. So we stopped at Albertson's on the way and picked up some sandwiches and snacks to throw in the ice chest for afterward. It was estimated that it would take at least 3 hours to get out after Sunday's race.

Kyle coming off of pit road after a pit stop. Again, our hometown hero (Kyle is from Vegas) had a bad day. After running up front the whole race, his engine blew up. We could see the flames shooting out of the back of his car on the backstretch. When Austin realized it was Kyle's car on fire, the race was basically over for him. He was ready to leave.
In the end, Carl Edwards won. He's about to do his signature backflip off the car.

Awesome pictures. So glad you had a good time in Vegas. The bows were a huge hit this weekend. Thanks so much!
