On February 27, Austin's Cub Scout Pack had their annual Blue and Gold Dinner, to celebrate the birthday of Cub Scouts. Austin earned his Tiger badge at this dinner.
Some guys from the base brought in some tanks for the boys to check out.
The tradition is that the oldest boy in the pack and the youngest boy get to cut the birthday cake. Austin is the only Tiger, and the youngest boy in the pack right now.

Showing off his Tiger tail. He had to do a good deed before he was allowed to take the tail off. He thought of something before bed so that he wouldn't have to sleep with his tail on!
Now that he has earned the Tiger badge, we will be working on the Electives and a few belt loops until it's time to start working on his Wolf.
