Christmas Morning '10

Santa brought Austin exactly what he asked for this year. At the beginning of 2010, Austin asked for a Wii. I told him maybe if he was reeeeeeeeeeeeeally good ALL year, maybe he could ask Santa to bring one. Well, Austin has been very good all year. And he has been doing amazing in school. Santa must have been watching him, because we woke up Christmas morning to find this!

Don stood in line at Walmart at 5am on Black Friday to buy himself a Nintendo DS.
He even wrapped it and pretended to act surprised on Xmas morning.
Austin and I got him a couple of games.

Grandma Hawkins sent a treat plate to put Santa's goodies on. Unfortunately we didn't open it until Xmas morning, so we'll have to wait until next year to use it.

I got Austin a Kyle Busch shirt to wear when we go to Nascar in Vegas in March.

Opening more presents...

Kyle Busch puzzle

A nativity from Austin's Primary teacher, Sister Adams

Austin makes the funniest faces.
We got Mario Kart.

Dad got him a new Hot Wheels track.

And mom got him new Nascars.
Both Don and I took the entire week after Christmas off work. Don's week was paid. Mine wasn't. But it was SO worth it. Christmas afternoon we drove to CA to visit our families. I'll post about our trip later.
