Graduation morning, helping mom open the school and get the computer lab up and running for the day

Posing for pictures before class

We had 6 Kindergartners:
from left to right: Ian, Austin, Shaneria, Janis, Mike, Nikolas

The Extended Learners class includes a few of our older preschools for Math, Language Arts and Art. Since our class sizes are so small (compared to public school) it is much easier to differentiate for the kids that are further along and those that are struggling in particular areas. So we'll often have different work/lesson plans for this class (one thing for the Extended Learner preschoolers and something a bit more challenging for the Kindergartners.)
Our director does not have an official graduation ceremony for the parents. But she does do a little ceremony in front of the other preschoolers in the Extended Learner class. I pawned my class off on another teacher and snuck in to get a few pictures.
Here, Austin is being asked what he learned in Kindergarten
And here he is answering

And of course, it wouldn't be a graduation if you didn't use the diploma as a telescope

Opening their diplomas to read them
